Casa Brecceto 2020 "Nadar" Fiano Savagnin Crafted in small batches100% Fiano Campania, Italy Medium Body Notes of fresh citrus, honey, and orange blossom, with a mineral backbone. This wine sees four days of skin contact and is then aged for nine months in terracotta amphorae. Organic ~ Fiano with brief skin maceration (4 days). Spontaneous fermentation. Aged in anfora. No temperature control, no filtering or fining, and minimal sulfur added (if necessary).
